After such a lovely first drumming circle at Roots Allotment, we’re really looking forward to being back there this weekend for another evening of rhythm, connection and time spent outdoors.

There’s something rather special about drumming in nature surrounded by the allotment, the trees and the sounds of the outdoors, while the rhythm of the drums brings everyone together.

Our first session was a great experience, and we’re excited to welcome another group of you to share the circle with us this weekend 🌿

And this one is now FULL!

Thank you to everyone who has booked, we can’t wait to see you and share another special evening of drumming, connection and a little time away from the everyday.

Something special is beginning at The Wellness Lounge Leeds… ✨

This week marked the start of something we’ve been really looking forward to…our very first Sound Bath at this beautiful new space in the heart of Garforth.

And what a beautiful evening it was 💛

From the moment our guests arrived, there was such a lovely feeling in the room. Then, as the lights softened and the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, handpan, chimes and other instruments filled the space, everyone could simply settle down, switch off and enjoy some much needed time to relax.

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for this special launch evening and helped us make our first Sound Bath at The Wellness Lounge such a lovely one. ✨

And this is just the beginning…
We’re delighted to be bringing more Sound Baths to this beautiful space, with our next one taking place:

Our first Sound Bath at The Wellness Lounge… and what a beautiful evening it was.

Sunday night marked the beginning of something really special for us as we brought Goodlife Wellness to this beautiful new space, right here in the heart of Garforth.

We were so pleased to welcome our guests for an evening of sound, relaxation and connection — surrounded by the beautiful atmosphere of The Wellness Lounge and our collection of sound healing instruments.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our launch evening. 🤍 Your support, lovely feedback and willingness to come along and experience something new with us made the evening so special.

And this is just the beginning…

We have lots planned for this beautiful space, from more Sound Baths and wellbeing evenings to some other special experiences that we can’t wait to share with you.

Summer begins to soften, routines start returning and our attention turns towards autumn.
But as life becomes busy again, it’s very easy to put your own wellbeing at the bottom of the list.

TWO BEAUTIFUL EVENTS AT THE WELLNESS LOUNGE

DRUMMING FOR WELLNESS

Saturday 26th September 2026
7.00pm – 8.00pm | £12 per person

Join us for a friendly, relaxed hour of guided drumming suitable for complete beginners and those who have drummed before.

Explore simple rhythms, release tension, connect with others and enjoy the uplifting experience of group drumming in a supportive, pressure-free environment.

Frame drums are provided and no musical experience is needed.

CRYSTAL HEALING SOUNDBATH

Sunday 4th October 2026
6.30pm – 7.30pm | £20 per person

Give yourself an hour to slow down, switch off and simply rest.

Relax into the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other carefully chosen therapeutic instruments as we create a peaceful soundscape designed to encourage deep relaxation, balance and wellbeing.

Please bring a blanket, pillow and water.
Yoga mats will be available, although you are welcome to bring your own.

A special evening… 🤍

Last night we held our very first Sound Bath at The Wellness Lounge in Garforth — and what a beautiful evening it was.

It felt extra special to be able to share what we love in this wonderful new space, surrounded by such lovely people who came along to experience their first Sound Bath with us, as well as those who already know and love the feeling of simply slowing down and being immersed in sound.

We loved seeing everyone settle into the space and relax as the evening unfolded. With the sounds of the crystal bowls, gong, chimes and handpan filling the room, it really was a lovely way to spend an evening.

We also wanted to make the evening a little extra special for our guests, so everyone went home with a little Goodlife Wellness gift bag,
a small thank you for being part of our launch evening.

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us, and to The Wellness Lounge for welcoming us into this beautiful space.

And this is just the beginning…

Due to a cancellation, we now have one space available on our Usui Reiki Level 2 training:

Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th September

If you have completed Reiki Level 1 and have been thinking about advancing to Level 2, this is the perfect opportunity.

Over this supportive two-day course, you will deepen your connection with Reiki and learn:

• The three traditional Reiki symbols and their uses
• How to send Reiki across distance and time
• Techniques for physical, mental and emotional healing
• How to enhance the flow and effectiveness of Reiki energy
• Methods for clearing energy blockages
• How to work safely with friends, loved ones and clients on a professional basis
• Ways to strengthen your intuition and energetic awareness

Training takes place in the calm and welcoming surroundings of the Goodlife Wellness Healing Studio in Garforth.

Our Reiki training is fully accredited by IPHM, with certification awarded upon successful completion.
