About last night...
My first soundbath at was a truly magical experience! The birds did not disappoint & were the perfect accompaniment! 🌟

Soundbaths can induce deep relaxation. Participants often enter a dreamlike or "flow" state, aiding in releasing physical and emotional tension. They are proven to lower cortisol levels, reducing anxiety and fatigue.
