Tuesday evening Stretch and Flow, fancy giving it a go? I offer two yoga classes and week, Monday 10am where there are a couple of spaces available and Tuesday evening at 5.30pm, where spaces are limited. Clinical Pilates runs on a Thursday morning at 9.30am all in Mountsorrel at MMC with parking.

From 1st February I shall be starting the 100 squats a day challenge for Cancer Research UK and help me achieve my target of £150. My dear mum lost her brave battle with cancer last summer so please help if you can to support this incredible charity for life saving/ life enhancing treatments ❤️
