Outdoor Cacao & Sound Bath at EkoJoes

I’m so excited to be returning to EkoJoes for another beautiful evening in nature.

Join me on Saturday 11th July | 7:00pm - 8:30pm for a nourishing outdoor experience surrounded by the stunning gardens.

We’ll begin with a guided mefitation, and then settle into a deeply relaxing sound bath beneath the open sky. Finished with Cacao / herbal tea and reflection
Bring:
A journal
A blanket and anything you need to feel comfortable
An open heart

This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and soak up the magic of nature, sound, and community.

How Are We All?
Just popping on to say hi and see how everyone is doing this week.

It’s been a busy one my end as I prepare for our beautiful retreat, on Sunday and I know life can feel full-on at times, so this is your little reminder to pause for a moment and check in with yourself.

What do you need more of this week?

Remember, you don’t have to do it all. Take a deep breath, drink some water, step outside if you can, and be gentle with yourself.

We had a beautiful Sound bath last night, and as the group was so small they were treated to some Reiki too, makes my heart smile when I read messsges like this 🥰

Forever Grateful

To every single person who has attended a sound bath, retreat, workshop, fair, or any event I’ve hosted over the last few months thank you. Truly, thank you.
Running events can be unpredictable. Some weeks sell out, some weeks are smaller and more intimate. There are moments of excitement, moments of doubt, and plenty of lessons along the way. But one thing never changes: my intention to hold a safe, welcoming space for whoever needs it, whether that’s 2 people or 50.

Yesterday felt incredibly special. Not because of numbers, but because of the energy. The connection. The smiles. The conversations. The laughter. The sense of community that was created by everyone who showed up.
To my wonderful stall holders, thank you for bringing your passion, your kindness, and your beautiful energy. You help create the atmosphere that makes these events so magical, whatever the turnout.
And to every person who chooses to spend their time at one of my events, thank you for trusting me, supporting my vision, and being part of this journey. What started as a simple dream has grown into something so much bigger because of all of you.
I never take your support for granted. I appreciate every single one of you and I hope you’ll continue this journey with me as we keep creating beautiful moments, meaningful connections, and spaces where people can simply be themselves.

My heart is always full and it’s all down to you thank you again
