Friday evening ...

Saw me share an Evening of Mediumship with good friends and fellow Mediums, Nicola Harvey-Hall and Brigette Harrison - held at the incredible Angel & Royal Hotel, in Grantham.

This ancient venue gave us a fabulous backdrop in the stately 'Kings Room', providing a wonderfully atmospheric ambiance, a lovely audience - and beautiful connections with Spirit.

Without doubt, much love (and healing) was given to those receiving messages from Spirit - and new understandings were realised ... The love and power of Spirit!!

Subscribers to my 'Spirit Whispers' mailing will hear of the amusing (potentially embarrassing) incident that happened as I took my first ever 'Uber' to get there - shared in the next edition!! 😂🤔🤣

This Thursday 27th Rutland Spiritual Centre looks forward to welcoming two Mediums - Alison Stead & Karen Hall who will be sharing our Divine Service.

Both will be familiar faces, and both will work to bring forward messages from your loved-ones in Spirit with integrity and love.

This year ...

Has been different; I have moved into a new energetic phase, space and time.
Maybe the energy of Year of the Fire Horse is one of the reasons. I am very aware however, that I have allowed, and enabled myself to step forward, too.

I am owning who and what I am, what I do ... I am rising up, allowing myself to be seen and heard more - moving into the space and place where I am asked and need to be ... I am doing things differently - well, with more ownership and self-recognition.

Not in an egotistical way at all - rather from a place of responsibility. A conscious responsibility to my clients, to Spirit, as well as to myself. My book, I feel, has been key. In writing that, it being published and the responses to it, is my validation.

My personal, self-validation that I am good enough to be who, and what I am.
The only person who had been stopping me, was me. So, if you feel the call of something, to do something ... Remember that no-one else can do it, but you.

Presenting ...

My Mediumship Development Course for this Autumn!!
It's all about getting to grips with the fundamentals - back to the basis of what makes a good partnership with Spirit and understanding our place in connection.

It's not about reaching for perfection, rather about allowing and enabling ourselves to freely connect to Spirit, without hinderance or second guessing. These sessions will help you develop trust and confidence in your ability.

Held in Oakham, Rutland - the course is open to all levels of development, and is perfect whether you are brand new to it all or feel you would benefit from a refresh, to refine and enhance your mediumistic communication.

So that I can give my best attention and support to each of you, spaces are limited; several places are already taken. I love how Spirit always enable me to tailor each exercise/session to support the individual needs of those present.

This coming Thursday - 13th August, Rutland Spiritual Centre are delighted to welcome back the very lovely Chrissi Baker as our Medium for the evening.

Chrissi may be familiar, as she visits our evenings fairly often, and has demonstrated her fabulous link with Spirit on several occasions, so we know we will have a beautiful evening 🙂💜🙂

Sharing this ...

Here today as it feels pretty relevant in my life at present ... at the time, I remember being really proud of what I managed to create.

It's my attempt at an interpretation of the iconic Australian Ghost Gum.
Like the Ghost Gum, it glows in the light.

Ghost Gums hold deep connection for the 1st Nations of Australia. Their stories teach that the glow of the trees at night evidences of the presence of living spirits.

Ghost Gums reassure residents and travellers of the arid heartlands of the outback, that life *is* possible in the at first, seemingly inhospitable, ancient landscape.

Found across rocky slopes, red sand plains and arid creek flats, the Ghost Gum stand out in the rich red gorges of Central Australia and her unforgiving terrain.

Standing - gnarled and contorted from their struggle through periods of drought, their brilliant white bark - nature’s sunscreen reflects the heat of the day.

Against brilliant blue skies, rich red cliff gorges or ranges of the hinterland, it finds a toe-hold and tenaciously endures in inhospitable dry creeks or a rock face crevice.

The Ghost Gum - teaches us to have faith, to trust in Spirit to support and guide; our ancestors always looking out for us, as we wind our way through life's journey.

Reminding us we can always find a way through the most difficult of situations, for where there is Spirit - there we find the irrepressible heartbeat of life.

If you turn to past loved-ones when life gets tricky, it's not coincidence ... it's them gently reminding you, letting you know they are still there for you.

To quote ...

A famous Monty Python song: 'Always look on the bright side of life'
To me, this isn't about merely being an overly-positive Polly, rather about taking ownership of what is going on in our own lives, and seeking the best outcome.

There are always things we can do, to make a dire situation better, even if just a little bit of a reframe. Then we can build on that again, and again. Over time we'll see how those little changes alter the original predicament to be more palatable.

As you may know, I broke my wrist last week, and I am having to approach things differently for a while. While it's not ideal, I am embracing the opportunities it is giving me to slow down, and focus on things I often push aside.
