How crazy is this 70 - 80% of women are diagnosed with fibroids before the age of 50 🥴😲
Ladies, if you experience any of these symptoms- heavy or prolonged periods, cramps, exhustion, pelvic pain and pressure, a swollen abdomen, frequent urination, constipation, and pain during s*x, ask to be referred for a scan. The early you detect them, the easier it is to get them treated ❤️ They may tell you, they’re nothing to worry about when they’re small and let’s see what happens in another year or even worse, just tell you, lots of women have them, they generally don’t cause problems! 😬😬😬. Do your research, get them gone asap and save yourself years of problems and bigger surgeries.
Note* I’m not saying everyone’s will cause issues but I am saying prevention is better than cure ❤️

A woman named Anna Sherrington was diagnosed with endometriosis after having 'debilitating' pain for years and getting misdiagnosed. Now, researchers in Scotland are studying non-surgical diagnosis options.

Living with endometriosis feels like fighting a battle that no one else can see. It’s not just “bad period pain” — it’s the kind of pain that can stop you in your tracks, make you cancel plans, miss work, and question your own strength. Some days it’s a dull, constant ache; other days it’s sharp, overwhelming, and exhausting. What makes it harder is feeling like you have to explain or justify it to people who don’t understand, while quietly managing the impact it has on your body, your energy, and even your emotions. You learn to push through, to adapt, to keep going even when it hurts, but deep down there’s a constant hope for relief, for understanding, and for a life that isn’t controlled by pain.
