Skincare… sorted. But what else can we do to support our collagen naturally?

With my favourite collagen now discontinued, I’m putting even more focus on nourishing my body from the inside out.

Today’s bowl is one of my favourites:

🥣 10% Greek yoghurt
🍯 A drizzle of honey
🫐 Mixed berries
🍌 Banana
🌻 Chia, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, plus goji berries

Here’s why…

🤎 Greek yoghurt – High in protein, providing the amino acids your body needs to make collagen.

🤎 Honey – Contains antioxidants that help protect collagen from everyday damage.

🤎 Chia & flaxseeds – Rich in omega-3 fats to support healthy skin.
