Anyone else felt a wee bit warm this week? 🔥☀️😅

☀️The cabin has been pretty toasty, so this month’s Reiki Share found its way outdoors beneath the canopy. It felt pretty magical to gather in the garden, surrounded by birdsong and a little breeze. 🌿✨

🌞 Inspired by the energy of the Summer Solstice, we reflected on how we can support ourselves through the season ahead …and honoured all that is already growing in our lives.

🕯️ After sharing Reiki …we created rolled beeswax candles…choosing herbs and charms to represent our intentions for the months ahead…

As always…we wrapped up our share with tea …icy water and a homemade bake… this month it was lemon & lemon balm drizzle cake to celebrate the sunshine and brightness of summer. 🍋🍰

🌳 Each month, our Reiki Shares are inspired by the changing seasons…bringing Reiki practitioners together to exchange Reiki…create self practice opportunities and build confidence in practice with others too .

💫 Whether you’ve recently completed your Reiki training or have been practising for years, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Each practitioner brings their own unique kind of light, and these spaces are a chance for us to continue learning from one another 🌀
