I've worked as a Beauty & Holistic Therapist for over 25yrs. Seeking an additional way to encourage self care and mindfulness amongst my friends & clients I trained as a Sound Healing Therapist in early 2023. Sound Healing (or Sound/Gong baths as its sometimes known) has many benefits. A regular commitment in this practice can lead you to experience;-

Oh Ladies! What a day we shared. What an Energy. What a blessing.x

Self Love & Mindfulness Retreat.❤️

Everyone of you made yesterday such a beautiful day. We were sooooo blessed with the weather.

We walked. We talked. We were held in Nature & sunshine. We stretched. We danced. We ate Amazing cake. We celebrated two birthdays & ended the day with a soothing Sound Healing relaxation.
