Start your morning with an optional 5K run at your own pace, then roll straight into a runner-focused yoga flow designed to stretch, strengthen, and reset your body.

🗓 Date: Sunday 6th September
📍 Location: Deanslade Fitness, Lichfield.
⏰ Time: 8am run (optional), 9am - 10.30am yoga flow.
