As we head towards the end of the Summer holidays, I hope you’re all enjoying these final weeks of sunshine, family time and slower days. ☀️💛

A huge thank you to every parent and child who joined us this morning for our very first Parent & Child Summer Reset Reiki Workshop.

This has been a dream of mine for a long time, and seeing families come together to slow down, connect, laugh, relax and simply be was truly special. Your openness and willingness to embrace something new made the morning everything we hoped it would be.

A special thank you to Becky at Becky Read for sharing this vision with me and helping bring it to life. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful person to hold this space alongside.
