I’m taking a little time out this week, but I’ll be back Saturday 10th October for TWO gorgeous wellbeing events… and I can’t wait!

🌿 Reiki & Reformer with Kate Be Reformed Pilates — returning for another beautiful afternoon of movement, mindfulness, Reiki and reset.

What a lovely Saturday at the Wellness Fair in Crowborough! 💫

It was so wonderful to meet some familiar faces, chat to existing clients and meet lots of new people interested in Reiki, wellbeing and holistic health. Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat, asked questions or simply came to say hello. 💛
