Who can take part?
People living in Scotland, aged 40-60 who are currently experiencing perimenopause or menopause and have noticed cognitive changes (like brain fog and concentration slips).
What does it involve?
• An online survey: 20-25 minutes. Everyone who completes it will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 5 x £50 amazon vouchers
• An optional interview: A voluntary, 1-to-1 interview. Participants receive a £25 Amazon voucher (plus travel reimbursement if conducted in person)
Your responses will directly contribute to research that could shape future support services for individuals navigating menopause and brain health across Scotland.
