Next up in our meet the team series is Sam Jones is a highly experienced audiologist with over 24 years in the field, working across both NHS and private sectors—so it’s fair to say she’s heard it all (and helped plenty of people hear it better too).
For the past five years, she has been part of The Hearing Care Partnership, where she spends her days fine-tuning hearing, solving ear-related mysteries, and making sure her patients don’t miss out on life’s important moments… or the occasional bit of gossip.
Known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, Sam prides herself on putting patients at ease—because talking about your hearing should feel relaxed, not like a test you forgot to revise for.
When she’s not in clinic, Sam is usually socialising with friends, enjoying a pink gin (purely for professional relaxation purposes, of course), heading off on camping adventures, or, according to her boys, excelling in her greatest skill of all: expertly annoying them at every opportunity.
