Mental Health NCS

Mental Health NCS We are a team of young people on the NCS program creating a social action, in order to help people with mental illnesses in our community.

1 in 10 children from ages 5-16 suffer from diagnosable mental health disorder. That is around 3 children in every class in school. We think that this is a large amount for people of such a young age. Mental Health disorders can affect everyone and can be developed from any age. It is not just a phase - it can last with people their whole lives. Our aim is to try and raise awareness for Liverpool

Mental Health Consortium so that our community can help people with this illness. This charity helps many little charities that help towards this cause so that money can be spread across equally ensuring that people have the opportunity to make a difference.
