🚶‍♂️🌞 Some of our lads enjoyed a walk down to the market today.

Getting out, having a chat, stretching the legs and spending time together might seem like a simple thing, but it can make a huge difference. These walks are about more than just exercise – they’re about friendship, support and making sure nobody has to face things alone.
