One of the best parts of my role at Ysgol y Deri is collaborating with such a diverse team of health and education professionals.

Working together allows us to support our pupils from every angle. For example, when a child is motivated by music, we can integrate speech and language targets directly into the music therapy sessions to see incredible progress. 🎶🗣️
