The first Shadow work group began on Monday this week and it was a beautiful, expansive gathering with some really beautiful souls! ✨💚

The next 6 week group starts on Friday 24th July between 6-8pm and half of the spaces have already been booked up. 🙏🏻 If you feel drawn to joining the next group please get in touch as soon as possible so that I can hold a space for you.

If booked and paid in advance the cost of this group will be £75 (usually £15 a week), this includes a journal and 1 week free. ✨

After a beautiful, wholesome weekend with the Family and some friends, I am feeling fully grounded, rested and ready for another week of beautiful sessions. 🤍
