'Path to Freedom has provided me with really excellent EFT therapy.
Cosmos is a very intuitive and empathetic therapist, I always feel as though I'm in safe hands during our sessions. Always encouraged and never judged.
She is also creative in her style and this has helped provide me with valuable insights about myself and my life goals.
I had been struggling with addiction and generally felt stuck in a rut. My sessions with Cosmos helped me make some amazing connections as to where my issues stemmed from.
This in turn helped me to understand my behaviour patterns and guided me towards healthier alternatives.
Some big changes have taken place since our sessions and I don't believe this would have been the case without Cosmos’ help.
I have also been lucky enough to participate in Path to Freedom workshops and my mind was truly blown.. In a great way.
