5 lyengar poses I reach for first when endo pain starts.

Janu Sirsasana - grounding, and safe during your period

Viparita Karani - everything settles within minutes

Supta Baddha Konasana - open and supported without force

Setu Bandha with a cork block - the block does the work, not you

Elevated Savasana - where the practice consolidates

These five are the ones I return to again and again after 10+ years of teaching lyengar to women with endo.

Comment " MAGIC" and I'll send you the full setup guide with prop placements for each.

Part 1 was the 5 poses to modify rather than skip - go back and watch it if you missed it.

What's actually inside the Mini Yoga Workshop.

1hr 45min of guided Iyengar yoga you can do at home. Opens gently, builds properly, ends with meditation and breathwork so your nervous system integrates the work rather than just surviving it.

6 bonus modules - hips and hamstrings, sciatic nerve release, integrated flow, core and balance, gentle backbends, restorative asana with props.

Private community. Progress tracker. Yoga toolkits. Instant access, yours to keep.

Built for women with endo, PMS, and hormonal pain - and for anyone who's tried fast yoga and found their body couldn't take it.

7 signs your yoga is making your endometriosis worse. Most women are doing at least 3 of these without realising.

1. You feel more exhausted after class than before
2. You skip Savasana
3. You practise without props
4. You do the same practice every day regardless of your cycle
5. You push through pain
6. Your class is heated
7. Nobody has ever asked you about your cycle

None of these mean you're doing yoga "wrong." They mean the style you're doing wasn't built for an inflammatory condition.

Comment SIGNS and I'll send you the full audit checklist so you can work out what to change.

From an Endo NZ Ambassador with 10+ years of Iyengar teaching.
