💊 Have you met ‘Brenda’, our Prescription Collection machine? 💊

If you're looking for a fast and convenient way to collect your prescriptions, don't forget you can register to use the Prescription Collection machine, affectionately nicknamed 'Brenda' at Vale Medical Practice.

❓Why use the Prescription Collection machine?
- 24/7 access, regardless of whether the surgery or pharmacy is open
- It’s very easy to use!

❓Who can use it?
- Patients who do not pay for prescriptions because of exemptions
- Patients who have a prescription prepayment certificate

❓How do I register to use it?
- Complete a short form available from the Long Clawson pharmacy and return to the pharmacy when completed
- You need to know the expiry date of your current exemption – this can be found on your latest email confirmation or on your card, if you have one

❓How do I collect my item(s)?
- When you’ve received your code or QR code, bring it to the machine any time
- The screen is simple to follow, you will need to input your code or scan the QR code using the white scanner to the right of the number keypad
- Your items will be dispensed below the keypad

❓Are there any exceptions?
- ‘Fridge items’ and controlled drugs cannot be collected via this service
