Outdoor Twilight soundbath at High Beech Forest 🌕

I know we all love Autumn, but I can’t help feeling sad when summer comes to an end.

To help say goodbye to our vitamin D and close the summer, I’ve created a really special Outdoor Twilight Sound Bath in the stunning high beech Forest with all the vibes!
📆 Wed 26 Aug, 7.15-8.30pm.

There will be a beautiful deep frequency soundbath with crystal bowls, soft candle light, fairy lights, full length fur rugs, optional cacao, oracle cards, chocolate and raspberries!

💖THIS is your chance to slow down
and rest, to close the season whilst relaxing into a soundbath with the sun setting, being surrounded by the smell of the forest, evening birdsong and the sounds of nature.

🌕 You’ll arrive during daylight and emerge after the soundbath at twilight under the illumination of the upcoming August full moon. Watch the space transform, I plan to make this a really magical atmosphere.

🛌 Everyone will be provided with a full length fur rug and a silk eye mask. Bring a blanket and pillow etc.

☕️There will be optional cacao for those that would like this, or my homemade organic rose cacao. (Both must be pre-ordered)

📸 I’ve included some photos and a video of the outdoor space, along with a ChatGPT mockup of how magical it will look at twilight. (Although I will be making it more special than chat gpt has 😂).

It will be for a small group of 6–10 people to keep the vibe just right. The smaller gatherings are always more magical!

✨ If you’d like to soak up the ambience and stay a little while after the soundbath you are welcome to chill out in the garden whilst I pack up .

It took me a long time to find something practical to stand the bowls on! (This hack does not affect the volume).

I needed to be able to move the bowls slightly. Sometimes what started out as comfortable, needed a slight adjustment during a soundbath.

I tried table placemats, coasters, crystal bowl doughnuts, I tried it all. Then one day when I bought some floor samples to lay new wood flooring I found the solution!!

Im not technical enough to know why they work 😂 I just know they do. They do not slide around by themselves, the foam seems to hold them in place, but with a little nudge they will easily move and this works on ALL surfaces.

Who doesn’t love a low cost solution!!

Sharing with you all as I wish someone had have shared this with me when I was starting out. It took me about 2 years to stumble upon this solution x

I’m super excited to have teamed up with arvo.sauna in Walthamstow to offer a sound & sauna experience!

On Thurs 13 Aug, I’ll be at the lovely studio offering a soundbath for 6 people only! If you haven’t tried an intimate soundbath I highly recommend it, the small group gatherings are really special 😍

Following the soundbath there is an optional complimentary sauna & cold plunge for anyone who would like to keep the calm going and make an evening of it!

✨ As the last Sound Bath sold out, the lovely church has kindly offered me another date, so we don’t have to wait until the end of September for the next one.

Is there enough interest?

Venue: the stunning Parish Church of Saint’s Peter & St Paul’s, Chingford.

Date: Tues 4 Aug, 7-8pm

Before I confirm the booking, I’d love to see if there’s enough interest. If you’d like to come along, please pop a comment below or send me a message to register your interest.

Currently no commitment, but I’ve had a few requests for another one soon so this will help me decide whether to go ahead with the booking.

Price: £27 (if booking directly), or £27 pls Eventbrite fees if booking through EB.

Last nights pre-checks ✨✨
It was hot last night, but not in the hall 😃

We had the windows and doors open, everyone got an instant ice pack (loving these for summer soundbaths) and we even had a local stand outside and accompany the soundbath with his whistling 😂 (wth…fortunately only for a minute or so 😂)

It was a beautiful evening withreally lovely ladies. I played the deeper frequency bowls for a lot longer last night and we went deep with them.

Next date at Kingsley hall is Mon 28 Sept. I’ll be settling my daughter into senior school early September so I thought best to go so later in the month. Can’t wait to see some of you again.

It’s Friday night cacao time and thought I wouldn’t share my recipe 💞

Why mix rose and cacao?

The rose is the flower of love. It vibrates at such a high frequency that it is said to align with the vibration of unconditional love — the most profound gift and protection we can ever receive.

Cacao is the gift we all need for our hearts in this current world. It opens our heart and helps us to see things from a new perspective. It helps to bring forgiveness, love, and compassion both for ourselves and others into our energy by clearing the heart.

When combined in ceremony, they beautifully amplify each other’s energy, helping us go deeper into joy, relaxation and heart expansion.

Yesterday I didn’t even attempt to do my hair 😂

How’s everyone coping?

When I left home yesterday it was 38 degrees!
I’ve realised that if I can pack up a car, unload, set up and do a soundBath in this heat then maybe I can do anything if I set my mind to it 😂😂 although I’d much prefer to do it in 21 degree heat 😂

And I was powered by caffeine, cacao and nature 😋
