I’ve had lots of doggie conversations lately with my lovely client’s whilst going through my own personal journey with grief. Beautiful memories are a blessing & bring a smile to your face with flowing tears as we cling on to wanting those moments back, it’s another reminder on pausing and taking time out from the busy & prioritising the little things, my dear dear friend David recently reminded me of this. Yesterday I had so much to catch up on but my daughter asked me to go for a walk to Hubbard Hills. I decided to put the jobs aside and embrace what felt more important to spend quality time chatting & chilling 🙏 grief is so personal but remember to take time for the process 🦋🩵

Behind the scenes at Great Oak Therapies 🌿

I’ve been quietly working away behind the scenes, continuing my advanced Qi Gong training with Nick Loffree. I’m now past the halfway point in my journey, and it’s been an incredible experience, deepening both my personal practice and my teaching.

I can’t wait to share everything I’ve been learning and to begin offering Qi Gong workshops and retreats this autumn. These sessions will be designed to help you reconnect, restore balance, and experience the profound benefits of this beautiful practice.
