Despite the cooler weather, our residents weren't going to let it stop them enjoying some fun in the garden!

Everyone got involved in a game of balloon toss, aiming filled balloons into a large inflatable target. It was a great way to practise hand-eye coordination, aiming and accuracy, while the different textures of the balloons added an extra sensory element.

There were plenty of smiles, laughter and some impressive attempts along the way!

Sometimes the simplest games make for the most fun. 🎈😊

The ladies at Court Lodge put their aim to the test with our brand-new inflatable dart board!

The windy weather meant we had to move the competition indoors, but that certainly didn't stop the fun. There were impressive shots, plenty of laughs and some very competitive friendly banter along the way.

Who needs Centre Court when you've got Court Lodge? 😉

A perfect day by the coast! ☀️🌊

Residents at Court Lodge enjoyed a scenic drive along Bournemouth seafront before stopping for a delicious lunch at The Spyglass & Kettle.

The afternoon ended with a relaxing cup of tea at Christchurch Quay, where everyone enjoyed the peaceful riverside views, great company and plenty of conversation.

A wonderful day filled with fresh sea air, friendship and happy memories.

🍦☀️ Yesterday may have been National Ice Cream Day, but we're still smiling about this sweet moment from last week! 😄

When our Home Manager, Rebecca, wheeled an ice cream bike into the garden, she quickly realised there was no chance of leaving with any ice cream left! Residents, families, friends, and our team wasted no time queuing up to enjoy delicious New Forest Ice Cream from Brock Ice 🍨💙

It was the perfect summer treat and resident Sue summed it up best, saying: "It was such a lovely experience... can I ride off with it?!"

A huge thank you to Brock Ice for helping us celebrate summer in the tastiest way possible!

A lovely afternoon out in the local community! 🌳🍦

Residents enjoyed a relaxing walk to the local park before visiting Woodside Café for a refreshing ice cream and drink.

The friendly dogs at the café brought lots of smiles, while Margaret and her daughter Amy had fun recreating the expressions of one of the beautiful portraits on display.

A wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, memories and time spent together.

Residents at Court Lodge enjoyed a lovely sunny morning of sunflower painting in the garden 🎨🌻

With watercolours and acrylics, everyone created their own colourful artwork while enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Brenda described it as “a lovely morning.”

Missing the cooler days of last week when we were able to take a lovely sunny stroll through Woodside Park☀️🌳

With fresh air, good company and plenty of conversation along the way, it was a lovely opportunity to enjoy the park and make the most of the beautiful weather. Sue was delighted to share one of her favourite local walks with fellow residents.
