Ann recently celebrated her 100th birthday surrounded by her family, enjoying a lovely morning filled with cards, presents and plenty of smiles! There was even a special four-legged visitor to help make the celebrations complete 🐾

Among the many cards and gifts was a particularly special one from King Charles III, which will be taking pride of place 👑

A wonderful day out on the water! ⛵🌊

Residents enjoyed a relaxing cruise around Southampton Water aboard the Alison McGregor, taking in beautiful views and spotting four impressive cruise liners along the way.

The highlight of the day was seeing resident David, a former yacht owner, take the helm after being invited by the crew. It brought back many happy memories and left him with a smile from ear to ear.

A fantastic day of fresh air, friendship and unforgettable moments.

🍦☀️ We had a fantastic time celebrating National Ice Cream Day at Belmore Lodge!

Residents, families and our team came together in the sunshine to create their own delicious ice cream treats, choosing from favourite flavours, sauces and toppings – from Belgian waffles and banana splits to colourful sprinkles, Flakes and Biscoff 😋🍓🍫

More than anything, it was a wonderful afternoon of chatting, laughing and reminiscing, with the garden full of people enjoying each other's company and sharing happy memories 💙

A chocolate lover’s dream at Belmore Lodge! 🍫

Residents enjoyed a delicious World Chocolate Day celebration, creating their own handmade chocolates with a choice of flavours and colourful toppings.

The fun continued in the afternoon with a Galaxy chocolate fountain, where everyone enjoyed dipping fruit, pretzels, marshmallows and waffles into the chocolatey treat.

A wonderful day filled with creativity, laughter and plenty of chocolate!

After supper, residents gathered for a relaxed evening of conversation and a fun gin tasting. From a classic gin and tonic to pink gin and rose lemonade, there were plenty of flavours to try – with rhubarb and ginger gin stealing the show!

Residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the garden celebrating Armed Forces Day 🇬🇧

The afternoon was filled with shared memories of loved ones who served, a singalong of favourite wartime songs and a delicious afternoon tea prepared by our chef. It was a meaningful and enjoyable way to come together and honour the Armed Forces.

Residents at Belmore had a great time celebrating World Beatles Day 🎶

Nigel led a lively singalong of classic Beatles songs, with plenty of props, singing and dancing. Elsie enjoyed the guitar while Glyn took the mic for a few tunes!
