Group was a little quieter last night, and I know summer means holidays, days out, BBQs and plans galore! 🏖️🍦✈️

But please don’t let summer undo all that hard work you’ve already put in. ❤️

📅 Plan your holidays and days out around group where you can
❤️ Get your weekly dose of support, motivation and laughs
🙌 And most importantly… DON’T FALL OFF THE RADAR!

You don’t need a “perfect” week to walk through those doors — sometimes the weeks you least want to come are the weeks you need group the MOST! 🥰
