Looking for a friendly space to relax, connect with other mummy's and let your little one play and explore? We have got you covered 🙋🏼‍♀️

Come along to our 'Tots Class' every Monday from 9:30am–11:00am.

Whether you're a first-time mum or have been through it all before, you'll be welcomed into a warm and supportive group where everyone can enjoy a little company and conversation.

Every class includes:

🍎 Variety of snacks for your little one
☕ A warm cup of coffee (or tea!) for the mummy's

A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where both you and your child can feel at home.

Motherhood can feel busy and sometimes isolating, so why not take a couple of hours for yourself while your little one enjoys time with other children?

We'd love to see some new faces and welcome you into our growing community. Come along, make new friends and enjoy a lovely Monday morning with us!

✨ Summer Term Update ✨

As we head into a busy few weeks of sports days, class assemblies and holidays - I’ll be offering these classes as single-session bookings up until the end of June!

So instead of a full 4-week block, each class will be bookable as a single session!

Within my own little family I have so much going on, so I imagine it's the same for all of you - still want to join in on the fun without the commitment? This term is perfect for you!🤗

Still the same fun, sensory rich class with a different theme each week!

Looking for the perfect first class for you and your little one?

Baby massage is the perfect choice! It's an opportunity for you and your little baba to relax, bond and enjoy some special one-to-one time together 💛 🤗

This class is a very relaxed and calm environment, within the 4 you'll learn gentle massage techniques that can help ease wind and colic, improve sleep, support circulation and encourage relaxation for your little one.

Worried about finally stepping into the world of baby classes?

🌱 Massage and Melody 🌱 classes are intentionally small and intimate for this exact reason - we aim to provide a welcoming and supportive space for every mummy.

Sometimes a change of scenery, a chat with other mummy's going through the same stage in life and a warm cup of coffee is all we need to make the day feel that little bit lighter ☕🤍

I have just realised the date initially set is a bank holiday...in light of this the next block will start a week later!

With the current block coming to an end, I have now opened the booking link for our next block!

Beginning Monday 18th May - at the slightly earlier time of 12.15 - a perfect time to relax your little one just before their afternoon nap! 😴😴

This is the most lovely little class, it's a chance for mummy's to pause, enjoy a cuppa and be around mummy's in the same situation.

During the 4 weeks this course will teach you all the techniques to give your little one a relaxing (and very beneficial) massage from head to toe! 👣

Personally, I feel like baby massage is a perfect first class for you and your little one.

Why?

•Helps your baby sleep better and feel calmer.

•Aids digestion as well as easing colic or wind.

•Supports healthy development and circulation.

It's also the perfect way to connect and give your little one some undivided attention - that is sometimes impossible at home with house work building up, laundry and other little kids running around.

Plus, you’ll get the chance to connect with other local mums, share experiences and enjoy a well-deserved cuppa. ☕🍰

Everyone will have their own little pack waiting for them on arrival. Each will include:

A take-home pack of massage notes so you can practice at home 🗒️

Baby-friendly jojoba oil to use in class and bring along each week.

Sensory Adventures is about fun, gentle stimulation and bonding with your little one.

Baby sensory classes support your baby’s early development through gentle stimulation using lights, music, textures, and movement. They help build important brain connections, encourage curiosity, and support communication and motor skills — all while strengthening the special bond between you and your baby in a fun, relaxed environment. 💛

Our classes follow a very relaxed schedule - plenty of time for catching up with other mummy's, a warm coffee and some time to get away from whatever stresses are outsid lole our class door!

A safe space to relax, feed, cuddle, or change your baby whenever you need ❤️

Because motherhood is better when you’re not doing it alone 🌸

World Autism Awareness Day 🧩

To all the amazing mummy's (and daddy's) raising autistic children — this day is for you too ❤️

I might not walk your path, but best believe I am in complete awe of you all 🙌🏼

You are the safe place, the calm in the storm, the fiercest advocate and the softest hug.

You learn a language of love that isn’t always spoken, you celebrate victories others might not see and by showing up every day you to deserve to be recognised and honoured. 💙

Today is not only about raising awareness but also about celebrating every unique and brilliant child - just as they are.

Today we celebrate embracing differences and reminding the world that every autistic child brings something special, valuable and irreplaceable to this world.

To all the mummy's (and daddy's) doing an incredible job, even on the days you might not feel it - we celebrate you and your beautiful child.

So much respect and admiration for you all. 💞
