I’m Zoe Plant, a trauma-informed counsellor, somatic coach, and clinical supervisor based in Maidstone, Kent. I support women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burnt out to make sense of what they’re experiencing and find a steadier way forward, including through sex and intimacy coaching for women who want to feel more confident, connected, and at ease in themselves. I blend counselling with body-based, nervous-system-aware support, so we are not just talking about change, we are building the safety and capacity to make it possible. Ladies❗️Something exciting is coming❗️

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately about who I am, what I offer, and who I want to reach. And honestly? It's time for a bit of a refresh.

A rebrand is on its way, and it's very much built for the women I work with every day. More on that soon.

In the meantime, I want to share something I don't talk about enough: I'm also a S*x Therapy informed practitioner and currently adding to my training on s*x and intimacy. Which means alongside the trauma work, the ADHD coaching, and the nervous system support, I can also help you explore intimacy, desire, connection, and all the complicated, beautiful, sometimes confusing stuff that sits in that space.🫂💞

Because for so many of the women I work with, those things are deeply connected. Burnout affects your body. Trauma affects your relationships. ADHD affects how you show up in intimacy. And you deserve support that actually holds all of that.

Ever notice how ADHD means you’re either impulse-buying a random gadget at 2am, or you’re laser-focused on saving every penny, no in-between? 🙃

Some days, it’s “Treat yourself!” with a side of guilt. Other days, it’s spreadsheets, budgets, and swearing off coffee shop lattes forever. The pendulum swings, and somehow both extremes feel like survival tactics.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. ADHD brains can struggle with balance, especially around money. It’s not laziness or lack of willpower; it’s how our brains are wired. And it’s okay to have compassion for yourself on those wild financial rides.
