Guess where I’m going tomorrow! 👽 yes that’s right! I’m flying from the UK to meet up with my American Spirit Buddies in Arizona and we’re going to the Bashar conference in Sedona 😱 how bloody exciting!

We’re also going to be hiking in the mountains too and doing a ufo 🛸 tour. Honestly I’m beyond excited, especially to see my girls since I haven’t seen them since Egypt last year 😝 Stay tuned for more updates.

Yes I created this picture with AI 🤖😂. I have never met Bashar, neither have a been held in his arms 😂. The AI generation did a decent job except my left eye is a bit dodgy and it’s aged me by 10 years but hey Ho! 😂 it’s all fun 🤪

What a great weekend! Always a highlight in my calendar and especially that it’s also on my home territory.

The weekend was packed, the energy was amazing 🤩 I felt on fire the vibes were so high 🙌🏼🔥 and all my boys came to see me speak too 🥰

This weekend I was in Blackpool at the Grand Hotel with White Light Events Mind Body and Spirit Events

I did something a little different to my usual talk about QHHT past life regression and instead I took circa 100 people in a light state of hypnosis to meet their spirit guide. 😇😇😇😇

Lots of magical, meaningful messages delivered this afternoon. 🙏😇💫✨

And my youngest, Xander joined me for the weekend too 🥰

I’m so excited about the rest of this year!

➡️ Starting this coming weekend I’ll be in Blackpool at The Grand Hotel, Stockport at the Guildhall the week after and then all over the North West and Midlands for the next few months.

➡️ I’m especially excited to announce I’ll be at one of the biggest Mind, Body, Spirit Events in the UK at the Birmingham NEC in November, with over 10,000 visitors, over 150 exhibitors, live stage performances, holistic therapies and a vibrant wellbeing community.

➡️ I’m also very excited to be flying to Arizona to attend the annual Bashar Conference in Sedona this September, if you know, you know! 😉

➡️ And I’ll be joining a week long retreat in south Wales with Guide to Spirituality at the end of September to facilitate a group regression workshop! 😃 (This is already sold out I’m afraid)

Part 27 - A past life as a bird of prey. 🦅 THE HIGHER SELF - messages from spirit guides.

In this final video of my client’s session you hear a message being passed on from loved ones. They often come through directly in sessions but on this occasion the higher self delivered the message on their behalf, possibly due to anticipating my client’s emotional reaction.

Messages like this, although sometimes emotional, always bring much comfort to my clients. No client is ever given an experience that they can’t handle.

Part 26 - A past life as a bird of prey. 🦅 THE HIGHER SELF - karma, guides and soul lessons.

Karma is very real and you’ll learn more about this as you follow me. It must be balanced through lives. Spirit guides are there to help us achieve our lessons. they can often be loved ones, but not always and sometimes they change throughout our life as we need guidance from another area of expertise.

Soul contracts are made with many around us to learn our lessons as in turn we will be helping others achieve theirs too. Sometimes these contracts are challenging and take more than one lifetime to fulfill. If there is a particularly challenging contract with someone that is not working, it is possible to cut those energetic chords and break the cycle.
