Bilateral Breast Augmentation & Mastopexies ✨

Our beautiful patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy (implants & lift) to correct asymmetry, enhance shape and restore volume while maintaining a natural, balanced result.

Motiva round implants were used, with tailored sizing for each side to achieve symmetry, placed in a dual plane for optimal support and contour.

These results are shown 10 weeks post-surgery, as the breasts continue to settle and soften beautifully.

Our beautiful patient previously had breast implants placed in front of the muscle (subglandular). Over time, she became unhappy with the shape as the breasts had significantly dropped, and unfortunately the left implant had ruptured. Both breasts also showed signs of capsular contracture (grade III), causing discomfort and distortion.

To restore both form and confidence, she underwent removal of the ruptured implant, bilateral capsulectomies, a change of pocket from subglandular to dual plane, and replacement with Motiva round full-profile 400cc implants, alongside a mastopexy (breast lift).

✨ These images show her results 10 weeks post-surgery — a more lifted, balanced and natural-looking outcome, tailored entirely to her anatomy and goals.
