Autism@Manchester, a network of researchers at the University of Manchester, are developing a Research Involvement Toolkit to help encourage autistic people to take part in research and public involvement activities.
They are currently seeking non-autistic reviewers with lived experience of mild to moderate mental health conditions (such as anxiety or depression) to share their insights and feedback.
As a thank you, participants will receive a £15 voucher for their time.

If you or someone you care about are aged 55–74, are a current or former smoker, and registered with a GP in Altrincham, you could be eligible for a free NHS Lung Health Check.
Early detection saves lives. Please don’t ignore your invitation by post or text.
The mobile NHS clinic will be at Planet Ice, Oakfield Road, Altrincham (WA15 8EW) from 6 February 2026, open 8am–8pm, Monday to Saturday.
