❤️ Lots of people think a heart attack and a cardiac arrest are the same thing, or they do not know the difference.

​💡 The key thing to remember is that they are both very serious medical emergencies. Call 999 as soon as possible.

​🤒 A casualty experiencing a heart attack is likely to be conscious, breathing, and talking. They will feel very unwell and need urgent help.

​❌ A casualty who suffers a cardiac arrest will suddenly collapse on the floor. They will stop breathing normally and require immediate CPR.

​🧠 The 4Ts make the most common signs really easy to remember:

​🚽 Toilet - Going for a wee much more often, or heavy wet nappies.
​🍼 Thirsty - Non-stop thirst and drinking far more than usual.
​😴 Tired - Feeling constantly drained and having much less energy.
​📉 Thinner - Unexplained or sudden weight loss.

​🍭 Lollipops are a serious choking hazard for very young children.

​🍬 If the candy comes off the stick, it becomes a dangerous hard-boiled sweet.

​🪑 When children do have lollipops, make sure they sit completely still while eating them.

​👀 Always stay with them to keep a very close eye on them.

😵 Dizzy or tired
🤢 Feeling sick

➡️ Move to shade, cool them down, offer fluids

Heat Stroke (medical emergency)

🔥 Hot, dry skin
😴 Very sleepy or confused
🚫 Vomiting
⚠️ Fast breathing
