“I have few non-negotiables: sleeping (no less 8 hours/night); attend 2 to 3 silent retreats a year; work on projects that feels meaningful to me and most importantly, truly accept that I’m only one person trying the best I can and that I must treat myself with kindness😄 “

Meet Jonah Kest aka ! Jonah will be one of our awesome yoga teachers on our 2020 Bali training. Jonah has been a yoga teacher since the age of 17, and has built up a strong yoga business where he gets to travel the world teaching on retreats and workshops!
