🦅 Unexpected Finds & Powerful Energy 🦅

I had one of those funny little nudges today — I just felt I needed to call in at the charity shop. No idea why, just went with it.

While I was browsing, my eyes landed on this carved figure — part bird, part human, wings spread wide. I had no clue what it was, but something about it felt important. So I brought it home.

A bit of Googling later and I found out it’s Garuda — a powerful figure from Hindu and Buddhist traditions. He’s the mount of Lord Vishnu, known as a protector who destroys toxic energy and cuts through illusion. 🐍🔥

He’s all about courage, freedom, and rising above fear — which gave me goosebumps because that energy feels very present at the moment, both in my own life and for a few people I’m working with right now.

So, I’ve decided to bring Garuda’s energy into tomorrow’s Reiki healing sessions and readings — to support clearing, empowerment, and whatever else is ready to shift. It just feels right.

Funny how life lines things up when you’re not even looking.
