Shame is disconnection. Not just from other people, but from ourselves. It halts us from being with other people, sparks anger, frustration, sadness, disappointment, hiding, running away etc.

By addressing shame head-on, we illuminate the corners it hides in. We look at why we feel we aren't good enough, and how this can (over time) become something we believe to be untrue. All the while growing the connection we have with ourselves again, and with the people we care about.

I have created more self-help material. Information for men, specifically, but also an introduction to understanding shame. There's an easy way to track and notice what we do when we feel shame, with the Compass, too. Take a look.
