Today I had the pleasure of delivering a beautiful Templespa Wellness in the Workplace experience for one of the district nursing teams in Sunderland. 💙

It was such a privilege to spend time with such a hardworking, dedicated team who spend every day caring for others. Today was all about giving them the chance to pause, relax, and enjoy a little well-deserved self-care.

A huge thank you to the team for making me feel so welcome. I hope everyone left feeling refreshed, uplifted, and feeling a little more relaxed!
