A glorious day in London at in Westbourne Park, for a Pilates teachers’ retreat day with the wise and wonderful Grace and Kerrie-Anne who imparted their knowledge and held space for us all.

It was such a fun, restful and supportive event. It brought a lovely bunch of teachers from all over the UK together to move, learn, discuss, eat, rest and relax at this lovely venue.

We had a chance to swim and sauna in the spa on site, sit and chat in the spring sunshine and got a goodie bag with a gorgeous candle a mini-band from plus a copy of ‘s book (that I’m in!)

I left feeling revived, full of ideas and like I’d had a reset. I’d recommend any teacher new or old like me to go along to the next one!

🌞I think it’s officially the first day of spring today. Grateful for the tiniest smidge of sunshine today which beamed down on my face briefly whilst I recorded a session! 🌞 Is spring truly springing or is it that sneaky Beast from the East lurking around the corner?

Anyway, who would like a 30 minute recording of an intermediate full-body movement class? There’s elements of FAMO fascial movement .academy and Pilates in there...
