I’m Mel, your guide on this healing journey. With nearly 25 years in diverse fields, I now run my own business focused on complementary therapies. My passion for holistic health began in 1996 after a health scare with my husband, Steve, who is a type 1 diabetic. This led us to explore ways to enhance our well-being.

I became a Reiki Practitioner in 2001 and have since expanded my skills with various modalities, including:

- Reiki (1st & 2nd Degree)
- Therapeutic Hypnosis
- Indian Head Massage
- Reflexology
- Oncology & Pregnancy Massage
- Aromatherapy

My approach is personalized; no two sessions are the same. I love supporting women through pivotal life changes—pregnancy, menopause, or cancer journeys—while also helping anyone feeling blocked from a fulfilling life.
