What has surprised me most about the techniques I've learnt with Chi Medics is the depth of understanding behind them. Once you understand the principles, you have the confidence to adapt what you've learnt to each individual client.

Every treatment I give is now different, completely tailored to the person in front of me on that particular day.

Learning with Chi Medics has made me a thinking therapist. I don't just follow a routine – I think about what each client needs and choose the techniques that are right for them.

One of the reasons I love Chi Medics training is that every course gives me something practical to take straight back into the treatment room. I enjoy learning, but I love it even more when new knowledge helps me support my clients with greater confidence.

One of the techniques I'll be teaching on the Chi Medics Essentials CPD course is one that became very special to me. I used it as part of the reflexology sessions I gave my dad while he was living with dementia. It became a gentle way for me to support and connect with him, and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you.
