Just spent the weekend in York with my husband, and what a beautiful city it is! ❤️

The charming little streets, independent shops, and historic buildings make it such a lovely place to explore. We were even lucky enough to have sunshine all weekend, which made it even more special☀️

If you've never been, I'd definitely recommend adding it to your list!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate 1 year of Lotus Healing Vibes with me last night.

What a beautiful evening it was—sharing a peaceful sound bath by the loch, taking the plunge together in the cold water, and ending the night around the fire with music, laughter and wonderful company.

It truly couldn't have been a more special way to celebrate this milestone.

I'm so grateful to each and every one of you who has supported my journey over the past year. Whether you've attended one session or many, your trust, kindness and encouragement have helped Lotus Healing Vibes grow into the amazing community it is today.

Here's to another year of healing, connection, relaxation and making more magical memories together. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🤍✨

🎈 1 year of sound bath sessions 🎈

It's hard to believe it's been a whole year of creating spaces for people to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with themselves.

I'm so grateful to everyone who has joined me along the way and supported this journey.

Tonight we'll come together for a relaxing sound bath, followed by a refreshing cold water dip, then warm up around the fire with music, good company, and plenty of positive vibes. 🔥🌊🎶

Here's to celebrating how far we've come, embracing the present moment, and looking forward to many more peaceful evenings together.

Cakes and crab fishing at Irvine today!

My boys love going here, such a great wee day out in sun or rain

We caught loads 🦀 and then popped them all back where they came from!

Also enjoyed the cakes from GRO Coffee 🥰
