Introducing Flow & Glow — our signature, exclusive wellness experience ✨

We begin with Flow — a 45-minute Pilates session led by Chloe, designed to sculpt, lengthen and align the body through controlled, intentional movement.

Then we enter Glow — Bella will guide you through facial lymphatic drainage to help reduce inflammation, de-puff and enhance natural definition. Each guest will be provided with their own Gua Sha and taken through a live demonstration to follow along.

To finish, Scarlett (Harper Grace) will lead you through a refined evening skincare routine, giving you practical techniques to elevate your at-home ritual. You’ll also receive a curated goodie bag with skincare samples to take away.

Introducing our Monthly Barre class with GG which launches on Saturday May 2nd at 12:15pm — a carefully curated session designed to sculpt, lengthen and elevate the way you move.

This is a once-a-month experience, making each session exclusive, intentional, and not one to miss.

Expect controlled, low-impact movements with a focus on precision, posture and time under tension — delivering a deep, effective burn in an intimate setting.

Spaces are highly limited to maintain quality and attention. Once it’s full, the next opportunity won’t be for another month.

Small changes… big difference.

We’ve just made a small adjustment in the studio — moving the squat rack to open up more floor space — and it’s completely transformed the room.

This means we’ve increased our class capacity from 12 to 15 spaces, giving more of you the chance to get involved in our classes, workshops, and in-house events at Elevate.

Our first ever Elevate In-House Showcase and what a day it was. ✨

A sold out event filled with movement, connection and recovery — exactly what Elevate is all about.

We kicked things off with our Instructor Chloe, setting the tone with a grounding Pilates session to get everyone moving and present. From there Lauren led an inspiring vision board workshop, helping everyone map out their goals and intentions for the year ahead.

The second half of the evening slowed things down in the best way. Liane guided the room through powerful breathwork, which transitioned seamlessly into a deeply relaxing sound bath with Jess, leaving everyone completely reset.

We also announced our giveaway winners, and every guest left with a goodie bag, with Pilates socks , Beaty samples & business cards from each instructor.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the first Elevate showcase so special. This one sold out, and after the response we’re already planning the next one.
