Nothing like a bit of fresh air to excite the senses! In this heat though, not so thrilling 🥵 I love that time really early in the morning (I’m usually awake due to general heat sweats and the awful menopausal feeling!) it’s a time of peace and clarity. The air feels fresh and the world is just about waking up.

Thank you May. The last few days have been sunny and VERY HOT!!! Off to swimming today again in our special local lake. To be in nature watching the ducklings and cygnets the dragonflies and geese. Back to work tomorrow. Remember Rpmfitness also operating at my business facility
