Did you know about Happy Faces? 😁

We run a weekly youth club during term time only for young people who are neurodiverse. We run a range of activities and it is a great opportunity to meet like minded young people.

For Young people 16 and over!

09/06/2026

Today, we are incredibly proud to introduce Between the Tides, a newly registered charity (CIO) founded by our very own Jade and Debbie to support children and young people experiencing bereavement, grief, and significant loss.

Through our work at Holding Hearts CIC, we have seen first-hand the growing need for compassionate, specialist therapeutic support for children and families navigating loss and grief.
Between the Tides has been created from a deep belief that no child should have to face grief alone, and that together we can make an even greater difference. The charity will help expand access to therapeutic support for more local children and families, while creating greater flexibility to assess and respond to each child’s individual needs within a safe and supportive framework.

Through collaborative partnership working, Between the Tides will benefit from the knowledge, experience and specialist insight developed through years of frontline therapeutic work, helping to shape responsive, child-centred support that meets children where they are and recognises that different children may need different types of support, at different times, and in different ways.

While Between the Tides and Holding Hearts CIC share a common mission and will work collaboratively, the charity is independently governed by its own trustee board - six fantastic individuals who share the charity’s vision and have committed their time, expertise and passion to helping it grow and thrive.

We are incredibly honoured and proud to support the beginning of this journey and to walk (or perhaps sail ⛵️) alongside the charity as it develops and reaches more children and families who need support.
