It has now been one month since we introduced 100% online triage. We know some adjustments have been needed while we find our feet, but the feedback received so far suggests the new system is working well. 📣 Important Update to Appointment Booking System 📣
From Wednesday 1st July, the surgery will be moving to a total triage system in line with contractual changes across GP services.
This means that all appointment requests must now be submitted online, allowing each request to be clinically reviewed and prioritised appropriately.
To submit an online consultation, please visit our website: ( Not NHS app or patient access)

Once on the website, please:
- Locate the green box and select “Submit a new request”
- Choose the most relevant option from the three available
- Click the link and complete the form
All submissions will be reviewed (triaged) by a GP, and we will contact you with the outcome.

The surgery will close today Thursday 16th July at 12.30pm for monthly NHS staff training and essential updates.
Should you require urgent medical attention that cannot wait until we re-open, before 6.30pm please telephone Go-to-Doc on 0161 336 5958 after 6.30pm please contact NHS 1-1-1. If you have a life threatening emergency please dial 999.
We will re- open as normal Friday 17th July at 8am
