As human beings we all need healthy physical touch and this is what led me into reflexology and Indian head massage. I noticed feeling relaxed, energised and grounded after receiving these treatments. This inspired me to undertake the training at the Manchester School of Massage. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist I wanted to find alternative ways of helping people heal which didnt just involve

talking therapies. Reflexology helps the body heal and repair as well as re-aligns energy systems via applying thumb pressure to the feet. It is a non- intrusive holistic therapy based on the the theory that different points of the feet correspond with different areas of the body. Indian head massage is a gentle and nurturing massage that aids relaxation and unblocks energy which often gets trapped within the head and third eye region. It promotes hair growth and helps with a variety of health conditions such as migraines and insomnia. I feel so passionate about these complementary therapies and have seen great results. A gentle yet effective way of creating balance and harmony within the body and mind.
