I’m delighted to be holding these Reiki events at Wellspring & Yew, a beautiful, nurturing space that feels perfectly aligned with the depth and quality of the work we will be sharing together.

The venue is approximately 40 minutes from Stoke, has plenty of free parking, and is absolutely worth the journey.

If transport is a challenge, please do reach out. We may be able to arrange lift-sharing or support with travel arrangements.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive body-mind approach that uses light touch to help release restrictions within the central nervous system. By supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, it can restore function, reduce tension, and improve overall health and wellbeing.

Supporting wellbeing is exactly why I also created the Warwick Holistic Health Questionnaire on the Measure Well Hub. As wellbeing becomes an increasingly important metric for measuring the impact of health and wellness interventions, having meaningful ways to track progress is more valuable than ever.
