Although DJ Phil visited Woodside on Wednesday instead of his usual Monday, his much-loved Monday Music session was every bit as wonderful!

Residents sang along, clapped their hands, tapped their toes and danced the afternoon away to a fantastic medley of nostalgic favourites that brought back many happy memories.

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with music, laughter and reminiscence. DJ Phil certainly knows how to delight his audience and create a truly special atmosphere.

A huge thank you to DJ Phil and his wife for your continued kindness, generosity and dedication.

🧠❓ Tuesday Trivia is always an extremely popular Activity session at Woodside! 🎉

Everyone loves to join in the fun, with residents eagerly listening to each question and racing to be the first to shout out the correct answer. 🏆👏

If a question proves to be a little tricky, a selection of helpful clues is given until someone finds the answer. 💡😊

The room is always filled with laughter, friendly competition and plenty of smiles, making Tuesday Trivia a firm favourite for everyone! ❤️

It's been another wonderful pamper day at Woodside! 💇‍♀️💇‍♂️

Our lovely resident hairdresser, Karen, has been busy giving everyone beautiful new haircuts, leaving our residents looking and feeling fantastic.

There's nothing quite like a little pampering to put a smile on your face and boost your confidence. 😊

Reminiscence is an important part of everyday life at Woodside. ❤️

During this week's reminiscence session, residents enjoyed looking through books filled with black and white photographs of the local area.

The pages were filled with familiar scenes of streets, beaches, the steelworks and places that brought back many happy memories.

As each photograph was shared, conversations began to flow, stories were told, and treasured memories of days gone by were brought to life.

After all, our lives are made up of memories, and every picture has a story waiting to be told. 🥰
