From fresh, welcoming interiors to outdoor spaces designed for residents to relax, socialise and enjoy the changing seasons, every detail is being carefully considered.

We're so excited to introduce our wonderful Deputy Manager, Stacy! 💜

Having been part of the Country Court family, Stacy began her journey at one of our sister homes in Lincoln and has worked her way up through dedication, compassion and plenty of hard work. Her passion for making a difference shines through in everything she does, making her a fantastic role model for our team. 👏🏻

As Deputy Manager, she's responsible for leading our amazing care team and helping to ensure every resident receives the exceptional, person-centred care they deserve. Whether she's supporting colleagues, spending time with residents or helping the home run smoothly, she's always ready with a smile and happy to lend a helping hand.

We're incredibly lucky to have her as part of our family, and we know our residents, relatives and team will love getting to know her. If you see her around the home, be sure to say hello! 👋

👋 Meet Adam Atkin, Home Manager at Southcote Lodge!

We're delighted to introduce Adam, who will be leading our brand-new care home in Nettleham.

Having lived in Lincoln all his life, Adam knows the local community well and understands just how important it is for families to find high-quality care close to home. Since joining Country Court in 2018, he has worked across several of our Lincolnshire homes, building a wealth of experience and a passion for delivering outstanding care.

💜 Adam says:
"At Southcote Lodge, our focus is on providing exceptional, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment. My team and I are committed to getting to know every resident as an individual, working closely with families to understand what matters most to them and ensuring they feel truly at home."
