⚽🏆 What a fantastic afternoon at Madeira Lodge!

As part of our Care Home Open Week celebrations, residents and staff came together for a friendly football match, with plenty of laughter, cheering and team spirit on display.

We were also delighted to welcome the Mayor, who joined us to support the event and spend time with our residents as they enjoyed the festivities.

After the final whistle, everyone came together for a delicious cream tea, making it a wonderful afternoon of community, connection and fun.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the event such a success! 💙

Care Home Open Week is coming to Madeira Lodge!

Join us as we celebrate the FIFA World Cup with a series of football-themed activities, from decorating cupcakes and designing football shirts to testing your knowledge in our Big Football Quiz.

The highlight of the week? Our Residents vs Staff Football Match, where bragging rights are up for grabs before everyone enjoys a well-earned cream tea together.

We're looking forward to welcoming families, friends and visitors to join in the fun and see what life at Madeira Lodge is all about.

A day filled with smiles, festive cheer and special moments shared together. It was lovely to see everyone relaxed, happy and celebrating the day in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
