After the traffic chaos and roadworks getting to The Temple last night… we finally made it! 😂

And honestly, I think everyone needed that sound healing session more than ever last night ✨
From the moment we all settled in, the outside world disappeared.

Just stillness, deep relaxation and 75 minutes of Beautiful sounds to reset the body and mind 🎵

We tucked ourselves away in The Temple, cosy and cocooned, which felt just right now the weather has turned. 🤍

My golden wind gong was particularly magical last night, filling the Temple to the brim with the most gorgeous shimmering vibrations. ✨

Then ALL of the resident geese decided to join the soundtrack!… 😂🪿 followed by an owl calling as darkness fell! 🦉
A little reminder that we were completely tucked away in nature, surrounded by nothing but peace, beautiful sounds and the most magical evening. 🌿✨

Pure Temple bliss. 🤍

✨ You don't just hear the sounds you FEEL the vibrations arpund you in the water itself! ✨

On Friday night we floated away into pure peace and serenity in our Floating Sound Bath at Thamesdown Hydrotherapy Pool, Swindon. 💙

Every fortnight, as Friday evening arrives and the week draws to a close, we settle into the warm, calming water, cocooned in supportive hammock floats. With a soft eye mask in place, we simply let the soothing sounds carry us into deep relaxation.

Here there are no to-do lists, no deadlines, no pressures. Simply the gentle rhythm of the water, the soothing pure sounds of crystal bowls, shimmering gong and other beautiful instruments providing the deepest, restorative stillness.

Last night in Swindon we floated all our cares away… 🌊

Cocooned in the toasty warm 34°C therapeutic water of Thamesdown Hydrotherapy Pool, we spent an hour completely weightless, letting every muscle soften, the mind quieten and the soothing sounds carry us into the deepest relaxation. 🤍

Bethan led both sessions assisted by Karl and together they filled the space with the most beautiful and gentle sounds ✨️

And this footage really does show JUST how deeply relaxed this session gets! 🥹

The calm, happy faces leaving the pool at the end said it all. ✨🫶

In a world that rarely stops asking more of us, that time to simply *be* feels more precious than ever. What a beautiful evening. 💕

Friday marked our final Outdoor Floating Mattress & Poolside Sound Bath session at Northcroft Lido for this summer…We have held 4 awesome events here this summer and WOW, what a summer it’s been at the pool! ❤️🥹✨

Bringing these unique relaxation experiences to Newbury has been one of my proudest achievements in my little business so far. I still can’t quite believe we did it!!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, returned, supported us and shared such lovely feedback. Hearing how much these sessions have helped you pause, rest and reset makes it all worthwhile 🤍

✨ ONE WHOLE YEAR! ✨

Today is our 1 year Anniversary and Wow… how has 1 year passed already?! I honestly can’t believe it! 🥹

What a year it’s been, and I genuinely can’t thank all of you enough for supporting my little business dream. ❤️

I started The Sanctuary of Sound from my own experiences of needing somewhere to escape the stresses and pressures of everyday life — a place to pause, breathe, reconnect with peace and leave feeling like everything is a little lighter and more manageable again.

Being able to create that for other people is such an honour, and I never imagined it would grow into this!

I make sure every session is created with so much love and care, and it really doesn’t feel like work to me at all. I absolutely love what I do. 🥰

Over the last year we’ve also grown an amazing team across all of our venues- I’m so grateful for all your support, and for the fun, laughter and memories we create along the way with these amazing sessions!

We've created some pretty unique Sound Healing experiences within this first year… and I promise, there’s SO much more magic to come in year two, watch this space! 👀✨

Thank you for being part of this journey and helping make my little dream what it is today.

"Last Night was amazing...thankyou for quietening my world ❤️"

It was another beautiful, peaceful evening we all shared on Friday at our third Northcroft Lido Sunset Sound Bath event 🌅✨

Some of you floated effortlessly in the pool on our giant air beds while others enjoyed relaxing poolside on their yoga mats. Experiencing layer upon layer of calming live sounds from a wide variety of beautiful instruments 🎶

We have been SO lucky with the weather this summer, and on Friday nature even joined in with the sound bath, with geese calling overhead as the sun set!🪿

So many relaxed happy faces greeted us afterwards, and those floating on the water said they could actually feel the sound vibrations travelling through the water itself! 🫶

On Friday 14th August we hold our final Summer Sunset Sound Bath this year. We have just a couple of poolside tickets left...

Would you or someone you know be interested in an extra special paid position?

**Must be available to support at our upcoming Northcroft Lido Floating Sound Bath event from 5pm on Friday 14th August, then required at monthly Newbury evening sessions thereafter**

I am looking to expand my Newbury Floating Sound Bath team and would love to find a Sound Bath Assistant to provide support during my sessions. The position would be paid and include physically helping with setting up/packing down so you must have a reasonable level of fitness. AND if you would like, you will get to play some of my instruments during the session itself alongside me.

Full training provided & Lots of laughs and magic guaranteed along the way!!
