Is it time for your second dose? To be fully protected, the Meningitis B vaccine requires TWO doses at least 4 weeks apart. Before you or your child starts uni or becomes a residential student, make sure you're protected.

If you haven't had your first dose get it asap. If you are due your second you can book in now at any of our pharmacies!

1. Open and log in to the NHS App.

September is Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month. There are a number of steps you can take to better your chance at avoiding the five main types of Gynaecological Cancer (Cervical, Ovarian, Uterine, Vaginal and Vulvar).

- Book in for your cervical screening now if you’re overdue
- Know the main symptoms: unusual bleeding/discharge, any bleeding after menopause, persistent bloating or feeling of fullness or nausea, itch/lump/change to vulval or vaginal skin, sudden and unexplained lower back/abdominal/pelvic pain.
- Seek medical advice if you are concerned about any symptoms
- Get the HPV vaccination to protect against cervical cancer

You can get your HPV vaccinations at the Vaccine clinic in our Benton branch. Make sure you know the facts so you can take control of your health!
